About the Event
An ACE/YOKE group fitness session based at the Royal William Yard.
The sessions and exercises will suit all abilities and fitness backgrounds. Sessions will be differentiated to suit your needs.
This is a boot camp/group exercise style workout designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of types of exercise. The exercises will follow the principles of Strength and Conditioning (S & C):
- Energy system development
- Functional movements
- Strength development
**These sessions may involve equipment - equipment will be used on an individual bases and cleaned to Covid standards before and after use **
