About the Event
Ace Fitness Strength & Conditioning 1-1 sessions are based at the Royal William Yard, Plymouth.
This is a private session for anyone aged 11 years and older looking to develop their fitness and performance.
The sessions and exercises will suit all abilities and fitness backgrounds. The sessions will be designed towards yopur goals and to suit your needs.
This session will be designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of types of exercise. The exercises will follow the principles of Strength and Conditioning (S & C):
- Energy system development
- Functional movements
- Strength development
